Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern your use of the SIXDOTS website and design services. By submitting a brief or creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

SIXDOTS is a design studio. You submit a brief, we review it, agree on price and turnaround, do the work, and deliver final files. Payment is collected offline (UPI / bank / cash) after delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your account

Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

What you provide

You confirm that any briefs, references, copy, logos, or files you upload are yours to use, or you have the rights to use them. You give SIXDOTS permission to use them for the purpose of completing your project.

What we deliver

  • Final design files in the formats agreed (PNG / JPG / PDF / source files where applicable).
  • Standard revisions as specified in the brief.
  • Reasonable effort to hit the agreed turnaround.

Intellectual property

Until payment is received in full, all work remains the property of SIXDOTS. Once paid in full, the final delivered files transfer to you for the use case you described in your brief. Working files, drafts, and unused concepts remain with the studio.

We may showcase delivered work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
  • No attempts to break, probe, or overload the site.
  • No reselling our deliverables as templates.

Liability

We do our best, but the service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Termination

You can stop using the service any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that abuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. (Tell us if you'd like a different jurisdiction noted here.)

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Not legal advice. Please review with a lawyer before relying on it in a dispute.
