SIXDOTS ("we", "us") is a design studio operating from India. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and how we keep it safe.
What we collect
- Account info you give us: name, email, business name (if any).
- Project info you submit: brief, references, uploaded files, messages, order history.
- Contact-form messages: name, email, message.
- Basic technical info: browser, device type, IP — used for security and to keep the site working.
We do not collect payment-card details. Payments are taken offline (UPI / bank / cash).
How we use it
- To deliver the design work you asked for.
- To talk to you about your project on WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.
- To keep your account, files, and messages accessible inside your dashboard.
- To prevent abuse and keep the site working.
Who has access
Only the SIXDOTS team. We don't sell or rent your data. We use third-party infrastructure providers (database, file storage, OAuth via Google) under their own privacy and security obligations.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable period to handle revisions, tax records, and disputes. Contact-form messages are kept until reviewed and archived.
Your rights
You can ask us to send you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. Email us or message us on WhatsApp (see Contact) and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use the minimum cookies needed to sign you in and remember your cart. No advertising or cross-site tracking.
Changes
If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
