SIXDOTS is a digital design service. We don't ship physical goods. All deliverables are delivered as files via your dashboard, with a copy sent to you on WhatsApp / Instagram.
How files are delivered
- Inside your dashboard at /dashboard/orders (signed-in download link).
- A WhatsApp / Instagram message with the same files (or a download link if large).
Turnaround
Standard turnaround depends on the service. Approximate times are shown next to each option in the store. Rush options are available where listed.
- Social posts / ad creatives: typically 24 hours.
- Posters / thumbnails: typically 24 – 48 hours.
- Brand kits and larger packages: 3 – 7 days.
Turnaround starts after we confirm your brief and (for "quote-first" orders) you approve the quote.
Delays
If we anticipate a delay, we'll tell you proactively on WhatsApp with a new estimate and (where applicable) waive any rush fee.
File formats
Standard delivery includes PNG / JPG / PDF as appropriate. Source files (Figma / AI / PSD) are included for branding deliverables and on request for others.
International customers
We're based in India but work with clients worldwide. All deliverables are digital, so location doesn't affect delivery time.
